Returns Policy for Bespoke Printed Goods (UK)

1. Bespoke / Personalised Items – No Standard Right to Cancel

Because your item has been custom-made or personalised, it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
This is in line with UK consumer law, which exempts bespoke goods from the usual 14-day cancellation period.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your bespoke item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from the approved design, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
To report an issue, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

We will resolve faults as quickly as possible.

3. Printing Quality & Colour Variation

Minor variations in colour, print alignment, or material texture may occur due to the printing process.
Such variations do not usually qualify as defects unless they fall outside normal production tolerances.

4. Order Changes or Cancellations

Because production often begins quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order is in progress.
Please contact us immediately if you need to request a change.
